Media Release Information

During the Kent County Cup, participants may be photographed or recorded by the media or for Kent ISD marketing purposes. Participants 17 and under must have their parent or guardian grant consent via the form below. Participants who are 18 and older should fill out the form on their own.

Kent ISD staff will cross-reference ages on game entry forms.

Media Permission Form

I permit Kent ISD or other media to photograph, audio record, video record, interview and/or televise me, use my written and/or spoken word, for worldwide use in any media, now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to newspapers, magazines, books, movies, audio and/or visual recordings, television, internet web sites, social media, educational media and gaming media. I waive and surrender any claim that use of my name, image, voice and likeness constitutes an invasion of my privacy/publicity rights.
